Refunds & Reprints

Our policy allows for refunds and reprints within a generous 45-day timeframe.

If you encounter any print quality or adherence issues with your order, please contact us within 45 days of receiving it to initiate a refund or reprint request. Please note that refunds or reprints will not be issued due to poor-quality design files unless approved by management for other reasons.

For orders involving DTF Transfers, please ensure that you have adhered to the design requirements accurately.

Additionally, it is essential to verify the accuracy of all details in your shipping address before placing an order. Following order placement, an order confirmation email will be sent to confirm all order particulars.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account for any recent updates.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially reflected.
  3. Contact your bank, as financial institutions may require additional processing time.
